The members in Alphabetical order:

Mike Young

Mike is an accomplished musician, being able to both read and write music. He plays several dozen different instruments. He has also written several thousand original songs and has recorded many of these in his recording studio.

In the band his primary function, besides lead guitar, is to create flow between songs and to produce the set lists for each unique event. He also shares the lead vocal responsibilities with Beth and, when not leading,  assists in harmonies.

Beth Crescimanno

Beth is an accomplished keyboardist and pianist. She can both read, write and teach music theory. She accounts for all of the string and synthesizer sounds that makes the bands sounds so unique. She can fill in any area where a specialized instrument is required but unavailable.

Beth shares in the vocal team as her high soprano harmonies add a richness seldom found in today's music. It can be compared to the incredible sounds of the likes of Queen and Sweet.

Ute Young

Ute on backing vocals is the bands most visible worship leader. People always know when she is "in the zone" and she is the same person both on and off the platform.

Not only is she gifted at hearing harmonies but she is also quite adept on the technical specializations. The utilization of on-screen lyrics for our congregants to sing along with us is primarily due to her efforts.

Brett Vance

Brett is the professional drummer/ percussionist in the ensemble. He brings a masters-level professionalism in technique. He had a metronome surgically implanted in his brain to keep us at all times in perfect tempo. (That's perhaps a slight exaggeration; we are waiting on the x-ray documentation for proof otherwise).

Brett is a great "ideas-guy" offering practical insights where many of us would not have searched. His drive and commitment to the band has helped propel us to new heights in outstanding musical compositions that not only minister but inspire.

Dom Crescimanno

Coming from a musical background Dom can play the guitar as well as the Bass. Dom is constantly attempting to memorize the songs before anyone else in the band. He listens carefully to the music and with an expert ear nearly reproduces the musical lines from the original artist.

He comes with a strong background in sound and broadcasting equipment and is invaluable when it comes to setting up for an event or when there's a "technical glitch" that needs to be quickly solved.

Bill (William) Arlequeeuw

Being a quick study, Bill has been thrust into the role of acoustic guitarist. Taking this new undertaking to heart, since Brett switched over to drums, he has had to learn a lot of material in a very short time.

Being a church musician as well, filling the need there as a bass player too, he has been pulled in many directions but has put his all into learning each composition as quickly as possible.

And, we cannot forget the man with the ears and the know-how:

Philip

While not a formal "member" we give him honorable mention because he has been extremely instrumental in setting our sound parameters and guiding us through many of the difficulties with such an advanced system.

Having done sound at Time Square Church and in large theaters such as Madison Square Garden, he has a vast storehouse of knowledge that has been sorely needed and draw upon.
